Requirements

• A college or university degree or equivalent work experience in claims or service principles.
• At least two years of claim-related work experience, preferably in Individual Life Claims.
• Experience in providing quality customer service, both written and telephonic.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing priorities with deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with life insurance policies and claims processes.

Responsibilities
