Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Adaptable to change in a positive manner
• Effective time management skills
• Capable of working with and supporting underwriting and team members
• Strong problem solving skills
• Two or more years business experience
• Customer service experience
• Professional telephone etiquette

Nice To Haves

• An associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Lifepro experience helpful but not required
• Microsoft® Excel experience helpful

Responsibilities

• Complete all facts of application processing, including input and policy issuance
• Enter information into Lifepro and AppTrac systems
• Provide excellent customer service to agents, field representatives and vendors
• Obtain requirements as determined by underwriting
• Process initial premium and activate coverage
