The Cincinnati Life Insurance Company is seeking associate customer service representatives to contribute to our mission of innovating and creating a superior customer experience. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. Once in-office training is complete, hybrid work options may be available, empowering associates to work from home several days a week. Associate customer service representatives play a key role in our company's long-term success by providing exceptional service, problem resolution, and operations and administrative support to our policyholders and field representatives.

Requirements

  • High school education
  • One to two years of experience in a customer service focused role
  • Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to driving an industry-leading customer service experience
  • Comfort navigating across multiple technology platforms
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
  • Willingness to pursue continuing education, such as accredited insurance classes and exams (ex. LOMA) and MAPS certification

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Handle 50-60 incoming calls daily with ease
  • Process changes on existing insurance policies, including policy changes, conversions, reinstatements and exchanges
  • Process trades, withdrawals, loans, electronic fund transfers and registration changes on existing contracts
  • Communicate effectively with team members, internal customers and management to coordinate case work and resolve processing issues
  • Participate and contribute to team meetings or special tasks and assignments
