High school diploma or GED. Must be at least 18 years of age. The LIFE assistant works in collaboration with the DS Staff to coordinate client services, train staff, and ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and ethical standards. This role emphasizes creating resource efficiencies, delivering high-quality, person-centered support, and fostering client independence and empowerment. The Assistant actively promotes the organization's mission, participates in capacity-building initiatives, and upholds a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
