POSITION SUMMARY: The Lamination Tech r emoves all air from wet glass using a brush and/ or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs p attern cutting and rolling fiberglass . Proper ly use s resin and putty . Install s boxes, foam tanks and stringers Grinds out small imperfections Performs g eneral housekeeping . ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: A bility to work with a team Able to use drills and hand sander Able to follow instructions TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: N/A PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Light lifting, under 20 lbs. Light carrying, under 20 lbs. Moderate lifting, 21-59 lbs. Moderate carrying, 21 – 59 lbs.
