As an Unaccompanied Children (UC) Transitional Foster Care (TFC) Licensing Specialist, this position is primarily responsible for assessing and licensing foster home applicants and maintaining those homes for the placement of foster children. Trains, prepares, and supports foster parents. Responsible for coordinating with foster care program staff during the placement of foster children referred to refugee and immigrant services TFC program. This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
