About The Position

The Licensing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the licensing team to manage and grow brand partnerships across consumer product categories. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day licensing operations, maintaining partner relationships, tracking contract compliance, and ensuring timely execution of product approvals and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in licensing, brand management, or consumer products preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with licensing software or asset management tools a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for licensees & licensors regarding product submissions, approvals, and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between internal teams (marketing, legal, product development) and external partners.
  • Assist in drafting and processing licensing agreements, amendments, and renewals.
  • Track contract terms, royalty reports, and key deadlines to ensure compliance.
  • Review and route product concepts, packaging, and marketing materials for brand alignment and approval.
  • Maintain brand asset libraries and ensure licensees have access to current guidelines and creative assets.
  • Compile forecasts, royalty reports, sales data, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare internal reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Compile quarterly retail store visit reports.
  • Maintain licensing databases and trackers.
  • Support trade show planning, partner meetings, and other licensing events.
  • Assist with expense reports & travel booking as needed.
  • Maintain sample library.
