We are looking for a Global Licensing Coordinator, who is an agile teammate, to join us in bringing consumer-first-licensed products to the evolving global marketplace. As Global Licensing Coordinator, you will support the execution of the global licensed line plan to meet the strategic goals and long-term vision of the brand. This role is highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple internal functions and external licensors. You will utilize effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills to support the product creation and licensed operations process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years product line management or project management experience (will be interfacing with 30+ licensors at a time).
  • Must be able to multi-task and balance multiple projects at a time.
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and work collaboratively.
  • Desire to hone analytical skills and an action-oriented approach to data.
  • Must have strong Excel skills.
  • Be open to learning new data systems and tools (i.e. Centric and PowerBI).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for closing out licensor SKU submissions including final samples, contractual samples, product testing, final images, etc.
  • Owns vendor set-up and issue PO's as necessary for external vendors.
  • Manages sample maintenance and tracking for internal and external teams.
  • Assist team seasonal milestone deck curation/preparation.
