Our Global Trade team is responsible for ensuring that our international trade activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. As a Licensing Analyst II, you will have the opportunity to learn about Global Trade and work closely with our Sectors to understand the business and develop a deep understanding of our products and services. This is an entry level position in Global Trade Licensing at our headquarters offices, which reports into the BAE Systems, Inc. Legal Department. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., international business, law, or logistics) and 2 years of experience
Eager and energetic individual with high acumen and ability to understand, synthesize, and learn quickly and correctly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with regular supervision but growing independence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized with strong attention to accuracy and compliance
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
US CITIZEN

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of experience in export compliance, licensing, or a related field
Familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations
Experience with export compliance software and systems
