About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support patient care in a community-based clinic setting. This role focuses on direct patient care, clinical support, and collaboration with providers to deliver quality healthcare services. Requirements
- Active California LVN license
- Current BLS certification
- Previous clinical experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Current TB clearance
Nice To Haves
- Community health or FQHC experience
- Bilingual (Spanish required)
- Experience with EHR systems
Responsibilities
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Administer injections and medications as ordered
- Assist providers with exams and minor procedures
- Perform patient education and follow-up instructions
- Prepare patients and exam rooms for visits
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
- Support care coordination and patient flow
- Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment
