San Francisco Post-Acute is conveniently located on Mission Street between Oliver Street and Whittier Street in San Francisco, California. San Francisco Post Acute is a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. We are dedicated to providing personalized rehabilitation and nursing services to all who enter our doors. Our healthcare professionals strive to help our residents reach their maximum potential in a caring and supportive environment. San Francisco Post-Acute is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who can work in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent patient care, have a positive attitude, and work together as part of a team. Part time - Flexible to all shifts
Requirements
- Required license: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
- Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident's admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
- Periodically review the resident's written discharge plan.
- Participate in the updating of the resident's written discharge plan as required
- Make daily rounds of your unit/shift to ensure that nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
