We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in our Redding, CA location. Full-Time - 36 hours Thursday, Friday and Saturday - 1st Shift Earn up to $33/hour. The LVN provides direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and ensures implementation of physician orders, coordination of medical appointments, and continuity of care for individuals with complex medical needs. This is a structured, team-based environment where nurses are supported and empowered to deliver high-quality care. The position is responsible for overall medical needs of assigned individuals in our Intellectual Developmental Disability residential programs.

Requirements

Active LVN license in good standing
Current driver's license.
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Valid California LVN license.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in long-term care, developmental services, or skilled nursing preferred
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, seizure activity, skin integrity, and overall health status
Provide skilled nursing care within LVN scope of practice
Schedule and coordinate routine and specialty medical appointments
Ensure medical documentation accompanies residents to appointments
Receive, process, and implement physician orders promptly and accurately
Track follow-up appointments, labs, and referrals to ensure completion
Maintain accurate MARs and clinical documentation
Report changes in condition to RN and medical providers
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Respond appropriately to medical emergencies
