Such care must be delivered in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing. This individual will be providing primary care to specific residents under the medical direction and supervision of the resident's attending physician or the DON of the facility, with an emphasis on assessment, illness prevention and health care management. Requirements

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LVN in California.
  • Current CPR certification
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Familiarity with assisting clients/residents with activities of daily living and taking vital signs.
