As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide vital direct patient care, significantly contributing to patient well-being and recovery as an integral part of the compassionate healthcare team. This role involves assessing patient conditions, administering medications, performing prescribed treatments, and meticulously documenting care. You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience.
