Requirements
- Active California LVN License
- 1+ year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
- Current CPR/First Aid & CPI
- 21+ years old with a valid CA Driver’s License
- A caring heart, positive attitude, and team spirit 💪
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and injections (Five Rights ✔️)
- Provide hands-on nursing care (wound care, g-tube feedings, colostomy care, insulin)
- Monitor vitals, infections, and neurological status
- Support individuals with daily living activities
- Attend medical appointments and advocate for clients
- De-escalate behavioral episodes using CPI techniques
- Document care and celebrate progress 🎉
- Join community outings like beach days, hikes, and fun activities
