Job Summary: CareLinx by Sharecare is looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join CareLinx by Sharecare. NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOME! Requirements

Three months of nursing experience
Ability to communicate in English - ( Include Job Specific Bilingual Requirements )
Active Nursing License/Certification
Active CPR/BLS certification
Proof of COVID vaccination, including the first booster
Medical requirements including physicals and TB test may be .
Additional documents can be requested due to state laws and regulations, and some training requirements may be needed.

Responsibilities

Provide care within your scope of practice potentially including helping with the preparation, implementation and continuing evaluation of the patient care plan
collecting, recording, and monitoring patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs
administering immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers
Communicates with the care team as needed.
Completes, maintains , and submits accurate and relevant documentation.
Supervises ancillary personnel and delegates responsibilities when .
Ensures an atmosphere that allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment.
