About The Position

Remedy Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health nursing services in Maricopa County, dedicated to delivering high-quality care in the comfort of our patients’ homes. Our mission is to help patients regain independence, improve quality of life, and feel safe at home through personalized, compassionate care. As an LVN with Remedy Home Health, you will deliver hands-on skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Requirements

Current Arizona Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
Physical ability to assist and move patients as needed
Strong communication and documentation skills
Proficiency with electronic charting and care coordination software
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to patient homes in Sun City and surrounding Maricopa areas.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled, patient-centered nursing care based on individualized care plans
Accurately document all visits, assessments, and treatments using electronic health records (EHR)
