This role is solely focused on providing virtual care for urology patients. The position involves delivering nursing care to patients through the Urology Clinic Virtual Call Center, utilizing various communication methods such as telephone, MyChart messaging, and electronic requests via the Epic system. The nursing care is provided under minimal supervision and under the direction of a registered nurse or team leader. Additionally, the role may include leading or mentoring lower-level team members. The LVN will also be responsible for providing general nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN, a Dentist, or a member of the Medical Staff.
