Job Summary and Qualifications As an Inpatient Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) at HCA Healthcare, you'll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness, injury, or extended hospital stays. With average stays of two to three weeks, you'll build meaningful relationships and witness the difference your care makes in a patient's progress. You will be part of a dynamic rehabilitation team committed to caring for and improving lives every day. Methodist Hospital Stone Oak Rehabilitation Center is a freestanding facility. Our facility holds 42 beds. We offer the highest quality of inpatient rehabilitation services. We provide all services with a patient-centered approach. Our patient care and comfortability is unmatched. We are designed to help patients recover as quickly and safely as possible. Requirements

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Vocational School Graduate
(LPN/LVN) Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse, or (GVN) Graduate Vocational Nurse

Responsibilities

Administering medications and treatments, monitoring responses, and reporting changes promptly
Assisting with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals and promote independence
Monitoring vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond quickly
Documenting progress and functional ability to guide care planning and team coordination
Educating and supporting patients and families about recovery milestones, safety, and self-care techniques
Working closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized, high-quality care
