About The Position
Caregiver is a leading Texas-based provider of services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) that supports clients with the design, delivery, and management of personalized treatment plans in order to help them lead their best lives. We are looking for an LVN to join our team! The LVN provides routine and emergency assessments and nursing care to ensure maintenance of optimal health status of each individual. Maintains accurate and complete documentation of all health services provided to individual. Participates in the development, implementation, and monitoring of each individual's service plan.
