As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you’ll be a key contributor to our patient care team, delivering skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with physician orders. Your role is essential in supporting individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and healing environment for every patient. Requirements
- LVN License (State of Texas)
- CPR required
- 1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)
