Requirements

Valid California LVN license (Required)
Current CPR certification
Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing resident needs
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

Understanding of long-term care regulations preferred

Responsibilities

Provide direct bedside care, medication administration, and treatments as per scope of practice
Implement and monitor individualized care plans
Accurately monitor, record, and communicate resident conditions
Follow and carry out physician and nursing orders
Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and outside agencies
Support team goals and foster a collaborative care environment
Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations
