About The Position

cTrace Solutions is seeking LVN at Lubbock, TX. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and be nefits. Location: Lubbock, Texas Compensation: $40/hour (DOE) + Bonuses plus $200 Sign -On Bonus Schedule: 2 pm - 10 pm (Requirwd to work every other weekend) First 5 weeks will require training 8am -5pm Monday -Friday (32 hours a week) Contract length: 6 months contract (High likelihood of extension)

Requirements

• Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in advanced nursing skills, including gastrostomy tube/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomy care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and treatment to patients
• Assist in implementing care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Perform clinical tasks such as collecting lab work and conducting health screenings
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Support infection control efforts and quality assurance programs
• Participate in training and mentoring new LVNs
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care and outcomes
