As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you’ll be a key contributor to our patient care team, delivering skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with physician orders. Your role is essential in supporting individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and healing environment for every patient. You’ll be expected to integrate our company values into your daily practice and uphold the highest standards of care. This position is ideal for a compassionate and detail-oriented nurse who thrives in an inpatient hospital setting. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide responsive, high-quality care. Position Highlights at a Glance: Caseload: ~7 patients Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)

Requirements

LVN License ( State of Texas)
CPR required
1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)

Nice To Haves

ACLS & BLS preferred
