As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with Buena Vista Home Health , you will follow the patient’s plan of care and provide treatment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Requirements

  • Valid California LVN License
  • Current CPR certification
  • 2+ years of direct patient care experience
  • Licensed driver with insured, reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Implement plan of care initiated by the RN
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation
  • Collect assessment data and report observations to RN and physician
  • Coordinate home health services with the interdisciplinary team
  • Use equipment and supplies effectively
  • Participate in professional growth and development
