Requirements

  • Active California LVN license (required)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, organized, and compassionate approach to care

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and regulations
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Accurately document care and resident status
  • Respond effectively in urgent or high-pressure situations
  • Promote a respectful, compassionate, and resident-focused environment
