About The Position
Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking compassionate, reliable Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our dedicated clinical team. We are a resident-focused skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care and creating a supportive environment for both staff and residents. Requirements
- Current, valid California LVN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and reliability
- A positive, resident-centered attitude
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with the resident care plan
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident health
- Document assessments, interventions, and observations per facility policies
- Build strong, supportive relationships with residents and their families
