About The Position

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking compassionate, reliable Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our dedicated clinical team. We are a resident-focused skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care and creating a supportive environment for both staff and residents. Requirements

  • Current, valid California LVN license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and reliability
  • A positive, resident-centered attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
  • Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with the resident care plan
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident health
  • Document assessments, interventions, and observations per facility policies
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with residents and their families
