Your daily contributions will include: Providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. Administering medications and treatments with accuracy and clinical excellence. Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the RN or physician. Maintaining clear, accurate, and timely electronic medical records. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and aides to ensure the best outcomes for our residents. Qualifications License: Current, valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the State of California. Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification. Experience: New graduates are welcome! Requirements
