Requirements

• Active California LVN license
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred, but not required
• Reliable, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work weekend shifts consistently

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and regulatory guidelines
• Assisting with medication administration and treatments
• Collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident needs
• Documenting care accurately and efficiently
• Responding calmly and effectively in urgent or high-pressure situations
• Promoting a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment
