Requirements
- Current California LVN license required
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the RN and healthcare team
- Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines
