Requirements

Valid and current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
Prior experience in a critical care or hospital setting preferred
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of critical care procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility to work PRN shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a critical care or hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a critical care setting under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Document patient care activities thoroughly and in compliance with hospital policies
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Assist with patient assessments and provide emotional support to patients and their families
