Requirements

• Must possess a valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in English.
• An eager learner who can follow instructions precisely and adapt to the facility’s protocols.
• A dedicated, compassionate individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.
• Make independent decisions and apply sound clinical judgment in resident care situations.
• Work hand-in-hand with our nursing leadership, CNAs, and rehab team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate resident progress effectively.
• Serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents and their families.
