Requirements
- Active California LVN license (required)
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organized, and compassionate approach to care
- Ability to work weekend shifts consistently

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and regulations
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team
- Accurately document care and resident status
- Respond effectively in urgent or high-pressure situations
- Promote a respectful, compassionate, and resident-focused environment
