Requirements
- Active California LVN license
- Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience (home health preferred)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers
- Apply critical thinking to assess patient needs and deliver appropriate care
- Communicate effectively with patients and their loved ones
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes
