About The Position

NurseCore is seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide supplemental staffing support at a Skilled Nursing Facility. Requirements

Current and valid LVN license in the state of California.
Minimum of [X months/years] clinical experience (preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting).
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs and responses to care.
Assist with wound care, tube feedings, and other skilled nursing tasks as required.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and state guidelines.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
