Summary Under a Registered Nurse's supervision, LVN provides nursing care for a group of patients, based on matching the patients' needs with the LVN's competencies. LVN completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
- Experience: LVN in acute care setting is preferred
- REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE : Possession of current Texas State License for Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Certifications: BLS
