About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required.
• Strong clinical and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to deliver compassionate and professional care in a team-oriented environment.
• Active and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Accurately document patient histories, symptoms, treatments, and care plans.
• Monitor and record patient progress, reporting any changes in condition to the appropriate medical staff.
• Assist physicians and RNs with treatments and medical procedures as required.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and facility standards.
