About The Position

Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking a full-time Hospice LVN to join our team for the South County Territory ( 5 Cities/Santa Maria/Lompoc area). The regular work schedule is Monday-Friday (generally 8 to 5PM) with a weekend rotation.

Requirements

• Current California LVN license
• Blood withdraw Certification REQUIRED
• Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN) work experience
• Reliable vehicle to drive for work
• Current Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving record
• Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
• Current approved health care provider CPR Certification

• Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus
