About The Position
This is a Limited Term position for 12 months, with the possibility of extension up to 24 months or becoming permanent. Under the clinical direction of a registered nurse or physician and assigned administrative supervision at a correctional facility, the Licensed Vocational Nurse provides a basic level of general nursing care to inmates with mental, emotional, or developmental disabilities, as well as those who are visually impaired, medically ill, or infirm. The role includes other related work as necessary.
