About The Position

Nashville Veterinary Specialists in Nashville, TN is looking to add Licensed Veterinary Technicians to our team! Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years working as a veterinary technician.
• LVMT, CVT, LVT, or RVT license required.
• Understanding of all basic veterinary knowledge, including triage, disease processes, pharmacology, restraint, diagnostic imaging, phlebotomy, anesthesia, laboratory equipment and procedures.
• Attention to detail with strong communication skills with both clients and team members.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced skill set including central line placement, abdominocentesis, thoracentesis, feeding tube placement, urinary catheter placement.
