Requirements

  • Experience as a Veterinary Technician (LVT preferred) or strong technical skills with a passion for continuous learning
  • Confidence in anesthesia, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for client education.
  • A positive, adaptable attitude — and the ability to keep your sense of humor in a busy environment.
  • Critical thinking, curiosity, and a can-do attitude
  • A love for teamwork, teaching, and being taught
  • Commitment to compassionate medicine and a great client experience

Responsibilities

  • Delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients and clients.
  • Supporting doctors in surgery, anesthesia, dentistry, and diagnostics.
  • Performing lab work, radiology, and patient monitoring.
  • Educating clients and building lasting relationships.
  • Maintaining a calm, professional presence — even during the occasional cat rodeo!
  • Collaborating with your team to continuously improve workflows and patient outcomes.
