Requirements
- Proven experience as a Veterinary Technician
- Strong anesthesia and surgical support skills
- Confidence in diagnostics and patient monitoring
- A calm, solutions-focused mindset in fast-paced situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high-quality medicine and ongoing growth
Responsibilities
- Support and manage appointments with efficiency and confidence
- Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory diagnostics, and radiography
- Monitor hospitalized patients and implement treatment plans
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
- Prepare patients for soft tissue and orthopedic procedures
- Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia
- Maintain sterile technique and assist with surgical instrumentation
- Ensure patient safety through vigilant monitoring and documentation
- Collaborate closely with doctors and support staff
- Participate in case discussions and patient rounds
- Contribute to workflow efficiency and continuous improvement
- Mentor and support less experienced team members when appropriate
