About The Position

Seneca Hill Animal Hospital Resort and Spa is a full-service, AAHA Accredited veterinary facility in the heart of Great Falls, VA, offering medical, surgical, boarding, grooming, and rehabilitation services. We are in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, and were looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) who is ready to grow with us. As an LVT, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our surgical and medical teams. This full-time position. We are open Monday- Friday 8a to 6p and Saturday 8a-2p. We're seeking a motivated technician who thrives in a team environment and is comfortable interacting with clients. Requirements

Active LVT (or CVT/RVT) certification with 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
Able to work at least every other Saturday 8a-2p
Positive, team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

Bonus points if you are confident in dental radiographs.

Responsibilities

Participate in surgical prep, anesthetic monitoring, and other treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Perform and assist with dental procedures, including dental radiographs
Conduct radiology, venipuncture, and laboratory tests with careful attention to detail
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about patient care
Maintain thorough, accurate medical records.
Work collaboratively with a team that values support, growth, and professionalism
Participate in training and mentorship while setting and achieving personal development goals
Help foster a positive, solutions-focused workplace during a time of growth and team rebuilding
