About The Position
Are you a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) or an experienced Veterinary Technician who enjoys both surgery and appointments? Requirements
- Active LVT license or a minimum of 5 years of veterinary technician experience
- Strong confidence with anesthesia monitoring and surgical assistance
- Comfort and efficiency working in both surgery and appointment settings
- A compassionate, detail-oriented, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a busy, supportive clinical environment
Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians with surgery, including spays, neuters, dentals, and soft tissue procedures
- Monitor anesthesia and oversee safe, smooth recoveries
- Perform blood draws, catheter placement, and in-house laboratory testing
- Support appointments with patient care, treatments, and client education
- Deliver consistent, high-quality nursing care throughout the day
- Help maintain efficient, organized treatment and surgical areas
