About The Position

As an Under 65 Sales Representative, you will help support those 65 years of age and under to gain medical insurance coverage. You will apply your insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice. Must Hold Active Resident License in Both Life and Health Position available in all U.S. States except: AK, CA, CO, HI, NM, NY, VT, WA, WY Make a Difference As an Under 65 Sales Representative, you’ll utilize your in-depth Life and Health Insurance knowledge and sales skills to consult customers 65 years of age and under on the most beneficial Life and Health Plans that best suit their specific needs. Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
  • Excellent work ethic and adherence to work schedule
  • Ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable for your performance while adhering to your work schedule
  • Able to navigate multiple computer programs at one time
  • Reliable internet with plug-in ethernet/network cable and a dedicated workspace in your home; Allstate will provide all the equipment
  • HS Diploma or GED is required
  • Telephone and inside sales
  • Selling to customer needs
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Goal oriented, highly motivated, and results driven
  • Ability to close leads and achieve results
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrates ability to market and sell in multi-product environment where cross-selling and customer retention is essential

  • Must hold an active General Lines L&H License and be appointed within your resident state

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) speakers are needed, however, this is not a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Calling, presenting, and selling Insurance products
  • Calling on Provided Leads, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs and market appropriate product and services
  • Achieving sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling products
  • Establishing client relationships and following up with customers as needed
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
  • Providing a positive customer experience
