Licensed TREC Home Inspector – Residential Field Inspections (Texas)
About The Position
Struction Solutions is a veteran-led inspection and field services firm providing residential, infrastructure, and government program inspection services across multiple states. We focus on quality, responsiveness, and building long-term partnerships with our field professionals. Struction Solutions is expanding its residential inspection operations across Texas and is seeking licensed TREC Professional Inspectors and Real Estate Inspectors to perform standardized residential field inspections. This is structured, assignment-based work supported by centralized scheduling and administrative coordination. We offer consistent inspection volume based on coverage area and performance. We are seeking inspectors who value professionalism, strong documentation practices, and reliable turnaround times.
Requirements
- Active TREC Professional Inspector or Real Estate Inspector License
- Current E&O Insurance and General Liability Insurance
- Reliable vehicle and inspection equipment
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills
- Ability to meet established turnaround deadlines
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to consistently cover designated territory
Nice To Haves
- Experience performing high-volume residential inspections
- Government, municipal, or program-based inspection experience
- Thermal imaging capability (if applicable)
- Willingness to travel within assigned region
Responsibilities
- Perform residential inspections in accordance with TREC Standards of Practice
- Document property conditions with required photos and detailed narratives
- Submit inspection reports within established turnaround timelines
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with homeowners and occupants
- Follow standardized reporting procedures and compliance guidelines
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all documentation
