Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a comparable engineering or applied science degree
  • Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 6+ years of experience in roadway design

Nice To Haves

  • Strong technical skills in roadway and drainage design
  • Experience with MicroStation and GEOPAK or OpenRoads
  • Demonstrated experience with client-facing communication and project pursuit assistance
  • 8+ years of experience in roadway design

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing client communication, deadlines, deliverables, and budgets. Become a master of project execution and quality management.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Share your expertise and passion by guiding and training junior engineers. Help us build the next generation of transportation leaders.
  • Drive Growth: Contribute to the expansion of our transportation practice by assisting in business development activities. Network, connect, and help us win new projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical prowess to lead the analysis, design, and preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and reports for our valued clients.
