About The Position

NeuroPath Behavioral Healthcare has immediate openings for Part -time Behavioral and Family Therapists (LCSW/ LPC/ LMFT LAC/ LSW) for North, Central, & Southern New Jersey Counties to provide In -home and Intensive In -community therapetic services for Children. Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is a leader in Comprehensive, Therapeutic Support Services for Developmentally Disabled, and Intellectually Challenged, Youth and Adults. Our Behavioral Health Services are strengths -based, culturally competent and individualized. Utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities that engage the family dynamic, while emphasizing Positive Behavioral Support systems. We are looking for the best talent to provide in -home intensive in -community therapeutic services to youth throughout the state of New Jersey. NeuroPath Behavioral Healthcare (NPBHC) is currently hiring dedicated and compassionate therapist to join our team! Requirements

• Must have master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy or related fields as LAC.
• Including weekends. Schedule must be flexible.
• Must have at least 1 -year experience providing positive behavior supports, PECS, social stories, use of visual aids and implementing behavior support plans.
• Must have prior experience working with children ages 3 -20 or at least 1 -year experience working with children with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Must have professional liability insurance
• Must have Valid driver’s license, registered vehicle, computer or laptop with ability to print.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must be able to drive up to 35 minutes or less from home to client.
• Must submit resume plus copies of master’s degree, with copy of License.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual is a plus, Spanish preferable, other languages are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual in -home therapy sessions and group therapy sessions in our outpatient center, perform bio -psycho - social assessments, Etc.
• Provide coping and social skills, anger management and reduce risk behaviors such as SIB or physical aggression.
• Work to improve youth and caretaker decision -making skills to manage in -home behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate effectively and consistently with the Child Family Treatment Team and/or professionals from other disciplines who also work to support the youth and family.
• Submit all required documentation and paperwork within designed time frames (intake, treatment plan, dioap notes, etc.
• Attend monthly meetings and submit mandatory weekly paperwork
