This is a full-time salaried position at a private outpatient clinical group practice, offering benefits and the opportunity to earn commission. The role involves maintaining an active caseload that includes individuals aged 10 and above, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges and diagnoses. Responsibilities include performing initial evaluations of client needs, developing customized treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and modifying treatment plans as necessary. Collaboration with other therapists on challenging cases is also a key aspect of the role. Additionally, the therapist is expected to complete continuing education courses to meet licensure requirements and stay current with the latest practices. Active participation in bi-weekly Clinical Peer Consultation/Supervision with other therapists, residents, and interns is required.
