Who we're looking for: A passionate, dedicated, sharp mental health provider who wants to be part of a growing, collaborative team. As a Clinician, you will be providing best in class mental health services that will be delivered in person and via telehealth, designed specifically to treat addiction and mental health conditions for the populations we serve. This position sits in our West Orange, NJ office and reports directly to our Clinic Director. As a client centered organization, your schedule will be aligned with the needs of the community and determined in conjunction with your Clinic Director. Please note: all clinical positions are in person Monday-Friday, and require a minimum of two evening shifts per week.
Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted license in New Jersey as a LCSW or similar credentials including LSW, LAC, LPC or LMFT
- Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adult populations
Nice To Haves
- Experience with group facilitation preferred
- Experience in IOP settings and/or Medicare credentialing preferred
- Familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
Responsibilities
- Maintain a full outpatient caseload providing individual psychotherapy
- Conduct clinical intakes, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning
- Facilitate or co-facilitate MH IOP groups and support admissions as programming launches
- Provide in-person clinical coverage within the West Orange clinic
- Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to coordinate care
- Support continuity of care during planned staff leave periods
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with NJ regulations
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and program development initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
